Overview An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Lodge Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-end, remote luxury lodge in the Northern Territory. The Role The Lodge Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, guest experience, and team leadership. This highly visible, hands-on role requires strong operational capability, people leadership, and the ability to adapt in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily lodge operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences Lead, mentor, and support front-of-house, housekeeping, and kitchen teams Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance standards Oversee administration, including stock control, ordering, scheduling, and reporting Provide hands-on support across departments, including guest logistics and camp operations Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Lodge Manager, Assistant Lodge Manager, or senior hospitality leader Strong background in guest experience and service-led operations Confident in managing small teams in remote or standalone environments Sound administrative and organisational skills, including stock and rostering Manual driver''s licence required; 4WD experience or willingness to learn Benefits & Culture Competitive remuneration package On-site accommodation provided $500 per month food allowance All utilities included (power, water, internet) Supportive team culture with long-term growth opportunities If you are an experienced hospitality leader ready for your next adventure and thrive in remote, high-end lodge environments, apply today or reach out for a confidential discussion to learn more.
