We are currently seeking a pleasant and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to assist in our busy Berrimah office. You will need to have solid customer service skills supported by sound communication and interpersonal skills. On the job training will be provided. Responsibilities Answering phones and greeting visitors Copying and scanning invoices and accounts Stock control of general stationery, uniforms and PPE Electronic uploading and filing of creditor and debtor invoices Updating various spreadsheets and other company documents Filing and updating documents as required Completing daily rounds and attending to any pick-ups or deliveries, posting mail and attending to other site offices as needed Ensuring the kitchen and reception areas are kept clean and tidy Providing administrative and reception support, including at other site offices as and when required Benefits Airducter provides a supportive environment to learn new skills and provides opportunity to develop in other areas of the business.
