Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator Location: Scottsdale, AZEmployment Type: Full-Time (Contract) | Hours: 40 hrs/week, MonFriPerks & Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), PTO, Career growth opportunities, Professional development About the Role Join our clients innovative team as an Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator, where you will work with leadingedge technologies and contribute directly to the success of complex production operations. In this role, you will assemble, fabricate, and inspect electronic and mechanical components while supporting research, production, and preproduction environments. Youll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to precision, problemsolving, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Perform moderately complex assembly and fabrication tasks on electronic and mechanical subassemblies (modules, boards, panels, frames, cables, etc.) Interpret schematics and drawings to carry out wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies, and systems Conduct moderately complex electrical tests and perform rework/refurbishment of hardware and systems Complete process documentation and enter data into work order management systems Follow advanced methods and techniques to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with requirements Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 4 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience Knowledge of measuring/test equipment and ability to apply math skills to technical tasks Proficiency in reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and documentation Effective communication, organization, and time management skills U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with J-STD-001 (space addendum) standards Creative problemsolving and multitasking abilities Commitment to continuous professional development Teamoriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and success Additional Details Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information Work involves technologies that are often highly specialized and cuttingedge Opportunity to gain new knowledge in a fastpaced, evolving environment Why Join CPI?
