This is a part-time Computer Clerk position at 64 hours per fortnight, working across all campuses.Key responsibilitiesAnswer and respond to patient enquiries promptly and ensure Western Healths best practice and Radiology CARES ideology is followed.Communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.Telephone operation including management of enquiries from sources both internally and externally which must be dealt with in an efficient and effective manner, including paging and messaging services.Provide support to Doctors as requested.Organise and schedule in-patient and outpatient (both hospital and private) referral appointments, within clinically and suitably appropriate time frames.About youTo be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:The ability to multitaskThe ability to prioritise in a busy environmentWestern Health is one of the largest healthcare providers in Victoria, caring for a vibrant, diverse and rapidly growing community in Melbournes western suburbs.
