We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Installer to join our team based in Tuggerah NSW. This handson role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and delivers outstanding customer service. About Us: Dimension 1 Glass Fencing specialises in glass pool fences, glass balustrades and frameless glass fencing for pools, balconies, staircases and outdoor spaces. Our glass fencing services also include glass pool windows, privacy screens and gates, delivering sleek, modern solutions for homes & businesses. About the Role: - Monday to Friday roster, with some Saturday work required during the preChristmas period - Warehouse located in Tuggerah, NSW - Approx. 6:00 am start from the warehouse - Fulltime position with longterm stability Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support installation projects onsite - Install fencing, balustrades, and related glass products - Conduct check measures where required - Ensure safe work practices and maintain high standards of workmanship Requirements: - Living in Australia with an easy reach to Tuggerah Central Coast NSW - Experience in glass handling - Experience in fencing and balustrade installation - Current White Card - Experience performing check measures (advantageous) - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physically fit and healthy - No pending workers'' compensation claims.
