Job Description

What Youll Drive - Define and execute the Delivery Operations strategy, aligning engineering delivery with product roadmaps and organisational priorities. - Lead transformation initiatives to modernise operations through automation, data integration, and metrics-driven decisionmaking. - Establish a unified operating model across delivery disciplines to promote agility, consistency, and accountability. - Drive a shiftleft approach, embedding quality, compliance, and reliability early in the lifecycle. - Set and govern delivery KPIs, operational metrics, and executive reporting for improved visibility and efficiency. - Partner with Product, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance to ensure seamless integration from design to production. - Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and crossfunctional collaboration. Operational Leadership - Integrate diverse delivery functions into a cohesive, highperforming ecosystem. - Oversee operations across PMO, V&V, SRE, Compliance Engineering, Database Engineering, and Incident Management. - Simplify processes, implement automation, and improve crossfunctional workflows. - Implement shiftleft practices across testing, validation, and compliance workflows to accelerate feedback loops and improve delivery quality. - Drive operational excellence through proactive resource management, governance, and continuous improvement. - Represent Delivery Operations in executive forums, audits, and steering committees. - Promote compliancebydesign and database reliability standards. What Youll Bring - Significant engineering, program delivery, or operations leadership, including considerable experience leading leaders. - Proven success managing large, distributed engineering operations in complex, regulated, or highavailability environments. - Experience driving transformation initiatives that improved delivery efficiency and quality. - Deep understanding of systems engineering, software delivery, quality assurance, compliance, and operational reliability. - Strong governance, risk, and performance management expertise. - Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across technical, business, and regulatory domains. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidates geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
