In this senior leadership role, youll oversee diverse portfolios including homelessness, Aboriginal health, health promotion, alcohol and other drug services, and vocational programs. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, youll drive operational excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure services deliver measurable impact across South Australia. Were looking for a dynamic leader with proven experience managing multi-service teams and budgets, building strong partnerships, and guiding change. Experience Requirements: - Proven experience leading geographically dispersed, multi-service teams, ensuring consistent performance and service quality. - Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and improvement of new programs or service initiatives. - Strong track record in people leadership, including recruitment, coaching, performance management and professional development. - Experience guiding teams through change and growth while maintaining engagement, accountability and outcomes.
