The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, the State General Manager, Operations (South Australia) will be accountable for executing Edges strategic vision across a statebased portfolio of early learning centres. - Shape and deliver the states operational and strategic goals in line with Edges vision and growth plans - Coach, support and inspire Area Managers and Centre Leaders to deliver high quality outcomes, regulatory compliance and strong team culture - Inspire and develop high performing teams that deliver excellence in quality, compliance and culture - Partner with the CEO, CFO and executive peers to drive financial sustainability and operational efficiency - Champion a valuesled culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement About you Youre a peoplefirst operational leader with a passion for early learning and a track record of building strong teams and thriving centre outcomes.
