Eagna Consulting Sydney Western Suburbs NSW Job Title: Program Principal Solution Architect Digital Modernisation Location: Parramatta, Sydney, Australia (Hybrid/Flexible arrangements may apply) The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Program Principal Solution Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of a new flagship digital platform (CRM/BPM) as part of a multi-year digital transformation initiative. This senior role involves guiding technical strategy, overseeing multiple projects, and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Architecture & Discovery: Develop and maintain the overall solution architecture across the program. Provide recommendations for legacy system replacement and support business cases, funding requests, and program reporting. - Platform Design & Ownership: Drive the design of the platform, including data models, integration patterns, security measures, and performance optimisations. Ensure the platform aligns with enterprise standards and strategic objectives. - Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of architects and engineers. Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth while ensuring project milestones are met efficiently. Promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture. - Risk Management & Quality: Identify and mitigate technical risks. Maintain high standards through design reviews, standards enforcement, and oversight of testing and deployment. Embed privacy, accessibility, security, reliability, and reusability into all solutions. - Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the technical point of contact for business, delivery, and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with vendor teams as needed, and clearly communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs. - Transition & Legacy Decommissioning: Lead golive planning, data migration, and legacy system transitions to ensure readiness and compliance. - Operational Readiness & Support: Help define hypercare and longterm support models, ensuring smooth operational handover and ongoing service continuity. About You, Required Skills & Experience - Strong expertise in CRM/BPM platforms, with knowledge of MuleSoft, Drupal, and related technologies. Familiarity with AI and workflow automation is a plus. - Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution discovery within complex organisational environments. - Demonstrated success in implementing new platforms or applications and managing system cutovers. - Proven experience leading digital squads and engineering teams, with excellent communication and documentation skills. - Outcomedriven mindset, with a focus on delivering highquality results efficiently and independently. - Experience working with, or ability to adapt to, government digital standards and processes is highly desirable.
