We are seeking a motivated and reliable Packer/Factory Hand to join our team at Alu Shapes'' in Somersby, NSW. As a casual employee, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring the efficient packing and preparation of our high-quality products for delivery. What you''re doing Carefully packing finished products into appropriate packaging materials and containers Preparing and labelling shipments for dispatch according to customer requirements Assisting with the general upkeep and organisation of the production and storage areas Adhering to strict health, safety and quality control procedures Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines What were looking for Previous experience in a packing, warehousing or manufacturing role Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently Good physical fitness and the capacity to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks Ability to safely handle manual lifting tasks within the 10-20kg weight range A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to workplace health and safety Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What we offer At Alu Shapes'', we are proud to offer our employees a supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for career development.
