Your Role at a Glance As a Registered Nurse, you will : Deliver high-quality clinical care aligned with AHPRA standards Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants Build and implement resident-focused care plans and assessments (including ACFI) Liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to coordinate care Actively participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement Be a champion of safety, wellbeing, and infection control in our facility Youll work closely with our Care Manager and General Manager , becoming a key player in a collaborative, forwardthinking care team. What Youll Bring Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills A genuine commitment to quality of life for older Australians Why Join Us?
