Job Type: Contract position | Part time position Job Description Our client requires up to 130 PartTime reliable and physically fit farm workers for fruit picking in the Bullsbrook area. Workers must be available to start work February 2026 and be committed to a minimum of 6 days per week, 810 hours per session for the duration of the season (approximately 9 months). Varying early starts may apply (between 05:0007:00) depending on crops/products readiness and management requirements. You will need to be available for possible extra hours of work to ensure all crops are harvested as required by management. Flexibility in your availability is crucial in horticulture, as crops growth/harvest is weatherdriven and may be intermittent. Responsibilities Picking fruit in the Bullsbrook area, working 6 days per week during the season. Starting work between 05:00 and 07:00 and being available for extra hours as necessary. Pushing and working outdoors in cold, wet, hot, or dry conditions. Lifting loads of 1520 kg on a regular basis, bending, kneeling and standing for long periods. Maintaining high concentration, speed and accuracy in a fastpaced environment. Qualifications Physically fit and able to lift 1520kg regularly. Good handeye coordination, spatial awareness and the ability to distinguish colours (no colour blindness). Manual dexterity and able to work alone for long periods. Proactive organisational skills, ability to prepare for the day ahead. Ability to follow company QA and WHS requirements, instructions and pay attention to detail. Compensation A combination of Modern Horticultural Award2020 PartTime Hourly rates and piece rates is on offer with strawberries weighed and paid by unit (e.g. kilo, tray, punnet). Previous and current physical outdoor activities or lifestyle habits will be highly regarded. Job Details Work is offered through an agency on a parttime basis.
