The Opportunity : ACRWORLD are currently partnering with a large, fast-growing, and genuinely progressive construction company to find a high-calibre Executive & Personal Assistant to support the COO & Construction Director. This is a pivotal hire and a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-trust, dynamic environment, acting as both a strategic right hand and personal support to a driven, visionary leaders. This is not a standard EA role. Its a true hybrid position of Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant responsibilities and it calls for someone who is highly adaptable, ultra-organised, and confident managing both the professional and personal spheres of a high-performing COO & Construction Director''s world. About the Role : This role sits at the very heart of the business. The COO is sharp, fast-moving, and deeply committed to both the companys mission and culture. They need a partner who can seamlessly manage their time, communication, and logistics whether it''s preparing for board meetings or booking travel for a family holiday. Youll be a trusted gatekeeper, sounding board, and logistical expert across a wide range of activities. Key Responsibilities : Executive Support : - Manage the COO & CD''s schedule, meetings, inbox, and priorities with precision. - Coordinate internal and external communications at an executive level. - Prepare briefing docs, reports, presentations, and follow-ups. - Support strategic projects and liaise with key stakeholders across the business. Personal Support : - Coordinate personal appointments, events, and family-related logistics. - Manage household admin, travel bookings, and lifestyle arrangements. - Handle errands, purchases, and ad hoc personal projects as needed. - Serve as a trusted personal liaison to ensure the COOs life runs smoothly, inside and outside of work. Who Were Looking For : - 5+ years'' experience in a similar EA / PA role supporting senior executives. - A natural organiser, calm under pressure, with impeccable attention to detail. - Warm, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent. - Able to juggle competing priorities across personal and business domains. - Strong communicator who can manage up, down, and across with ease. - Confident with tech tools - Previous experience supporting a MD or high-profile leader is highly regarded.
