We are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Electrotechnology to deliver and assess units of competency aligned with the NESA Electrotechnology Curriculum. What you need: Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Commitment to safe work practices, equity, inclusion, and student wellbeing. Ability to integrate technology to enhance learning. Proven capacity to design engaging lessons that maximise student outcomes. Industry experience in residential, industrial, commercial, or manufacturing electrotechnology. Qualifications and Training: NESA Accredited Teacher, including accreditation to teach Stage 6 Industrial Technology. Certificate II Electrotechnology or higher level qualification. TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set. Working with Children Check for paid employment. National Police Check Clearance (or willingness to obtain). Construction Industry Induction (White Card). Skills in mapping units of competency and developing learning and assessment resources.
