The Opportunity Reporting to the Lead People & Culture Partner, you will act as a key strategic advisor to portfolio leaders, translating organisational goals into effective people strategies. In this dynamic role, you will balance highlevel strategic planning with responsive operational support, ensuring our workforce capabilities align with the Universitys evolving needs. You will lead strategic workforce planning initiatives, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to diagnose challenges and codesign solutions that enhance performance and engagement. A significant part of your role will involve guiding organisational change, where you will influence restructures, drive culture programs, and build leadership capability to navigate complex transitions. Beyond strategy, you will be the goto expert for complex employee relations matters, providing sound judgement on risk mitigation and policy interpretation. You will also look to the future, using workforce data to generate actionable insights for senior stakeholders, while mentoring other HR professionals to uplift capability across the wider team. This is a fulltime, ongoing position based at our Campbelltown campus with hybrid working arrangements available. Please refer to the Position Description for further information. About You We are looking for an experienced and resilient HR professional who can navigate complex environments with confidence. You are a natural relationship builder who uses data and insight to influence decisionmaking and drive tangible outcomes. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Extensive experience in strategic HR partnering within complex organisations. Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex people issues. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions. Experience mentoring or leading HR professionals. Experience in policy development and organisational design. Why Join Us? (comprising Salary of $116,636 to $129,479 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
