About This Role Togetherwork is seeking an experienced, highly autonomous Senior Product Manager to lead complex, highimpact product initiatives across our portfolio. In this role, you will own multiquarter product strategies, shape longterm roadmap direction, and partner deeply with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. As a senior individual contributor, you will operate with greater independence than a standard Product Managerusing data, customer insight, and market signals to influence direction and outcomes. You will serve as a thought leader across teams, elevate standards for product discovery and delivery, and communicate with clarity and confidence to both internal and external audiences. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, excels at storytelling and influence without authority, and is comfortable representing the product with customers, partners, and leadership. What Youll Do Product Strategy & Roadmap Leadership Own and evolve multiquarter strategic product roadmaps aligned to portfolio goals and market opportunities. Translate complex strategic objectives into clear product themes, initiatives, and measurable outcomes. Identify emerging customer needs, competitive shifts, and market trends to inform new product investments. Anticipate longterm risks and opportunities, presenting recommendations to Product Leadership. Product Discovery, Definition & Execution Lead rigorous product discovery using qualitative research, quantitative data, experimentation, and prototyping. Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives. Partner closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, clarity, and timely delivery. Drive crossfunctional decisionmaking to maintain alignment on priorities, scope, and outcomes. Customer Experience, VOC & Product Health Serve as a senior voice of the customer, synthesizing insights into strategic opportunities. Monitor adoption, performance, and product health metrics; define corrective actions when needed. Champion customer delight by embedding quality, usability, and accessibility into all decisions. Lead customer interviews, advisory councils, and structured feedback loops for major initiatives. Launch Readiness & GotoMarket Enablement Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support on launch planning for highvisibility releases. Develop compelling value narratives, feature positioning, enablement materials, and customer messaging. Ensure internal teams and external stakeholders are prepared and confident ahead of launches. CrossFunctional Leadership & Communication Communicate roadmap direction, insights, progress, and risks with clarity, confidence, and transparency. Influence leaders and peers using datadriven storytelling and strong product narratives. Build durable relationships across Engineering, Sales, CX, and Operations to drive shared accountability. Collaborate with product leadership on portfoliowide strategic initiatives. External Engagement Represent Togetherwork in customer, partner, and industry conversations as needed. Participate in conferences, customer meetings, and research events. Bring external insights back into the organization to meaningfully shape product strategy. AI Fluency & Innovation Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, research synthesis, segmentation, and analysis. Use AI to prototype ideas, validate hypotheses, and improve workflow efficiency. Model responsible, ethical AI usage for peers and crossfunctional partners. What Youll Bring Experience 57+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex SaaS or software products. Demonstrated success building and executing multiquarter product strategies. Experience operating in multiproduct, crossfunctional environments with senior stakeholders. Skills & Capabilities Strong customer research, product analytics, and experiment design expertise. Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence without formal authority. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive and customer presentations. Deep experience with backlog management, requirements development, and endtoend delivery. Handson collaboration with Product Owners, Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams. Comfort representing the product externally with customers and partners. Handson experience using AI tools to improve product workflows or outcomes (preferred). Mindset Analytical, decisive, collaborative, and relentlessly customerfocused. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and creating clarity in complex situations. High standards for quality, craft, and execution.
