About the Role (What Youll Be Doing) As the Head of Supply Chain and Fulfillment, you will lead national operations across Australia, delivering scalable, costeffective, and highquality outcomes. Youll drive performance through strategic execution, crossfunctional leadership, and team development. A key part of the role includes shaping the operational strategy for new lines of business to ensure successful launch and scale. Key Responsibilities Lead National Operations Strategy Define and execute the national operations strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business growth. New Product Development Strategy & Operational Readiness Lead the operational strategy for new lines of business (e.g., diagnostics) in Australia. Leadership and Team Management Oversee and develop a highperforming team, including Site Managers and functional leads. Drive Network Expansion and Operational Launches Lead the planning and execution of new pharmacy site launches. EndtoEnd Supply Chain and Procurement Oversight Own procurement strategy and supplier management. CrossFunctional Leadership and Strategic Partnerships Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and key functions. Operational Excellence and KPI Accountability Set and track performance metrics across the operational organisation. Agile Execution and Planning Leadership Lead cycle planning and execution across operations teams. Talent Development Own hiring, onboarding, and performance development across the operations function. About You (Who You Are) Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in operations management or general management roles, ideally within healthcare, healthtech, logistics, or other regulated industries. Proven ability to scale operations and support new business or product launches. Solid experience in supply chain, procurement, and vendor management. Skilled at leading crossfunctional projects, working closely with product, clinical, finance, and commercial teams. Strategic thinker with a bias for action; comfortable shaping longterm direction and driving shortterm execution. Demonstrated success managing and developing teams in dynamic and highgrowth environments. Thrives in fastpaced, evolving settings, with strong decisionmaking skills in the face of ambiguity.
