The Role We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, where you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a seamless accounts payable experience for our customers as part of the Product team. Youll be focused on taking the Traild product to the next level, with a heavy focus on automation, fraud detection and complex transaction support, all while delivering a seamless user experience via a beautiful design. Working with a worldclass engineering, customer success and operations team you will develop and launch capabilities to service our diverse customer base, who use a variety of different accounting systems in a variety of countries. You Will Have A customerfirst mindset with a good understanding of the accounts payable user journeys. Strong technical and strategic acumen. Ability to go deep and truly understand every facet of the proposition. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across crossfunctional teams. What You Will Do Define and deliver the roadmap for Trailds core accounts payable platform. Partner with Sales, Customer Success and end users to deeply understand pain points and identify opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with Engineering to ensure scalable and secure implementation of user flows and infrastructure. Continuously monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to iterate and improve. Educate internal teams and customers on new features, benefits, and best practices. Maintain an excellent understanding of the broader Traild platform, including payment execution and expense management, ensuring all user experiences are integrated and seamless. What You Will Bring Significant product management experience, preferably in the SaaS, payments, ERP or fintech domains. Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and simplify complex systems. Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, handson execution, adaptability, and the scaleup spirit. A basic understanding of accounting concepts and functions would be highly desirable.
