Confidential | Brisbane | Executive Leadership Reporting to the Operations Director, this pivotal role will oversee all aspects of site performance, including production, quality, logistics, engineering, safety, and people & culture. The successful candidate will be an engaging and strategic leader with a proven track record in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team capability across a complex manufacturing environment.
