Role Description The Senior Property Portfolio Manager will oversee the efficient management of a portfolio of properties, including conducting inspections, addressing maintenance requests, resolving tenant and landlord issues, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Launceston, TAS, and requires excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
