As Hotel Manager, you''ll proudly take the keys and manage the daily hotel operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the safeguard of the brand and its assets. The role reports to the Area General Manager, NSW. About you You are able to coach and mentor your team to ensure they have the soft and technical skills to run the operation effectively. You lead by extraordinary example in driving a culture that genuinely puts hospitality at the heart of what we do. You can meet best practice objectives while strictly adhering to relevant legislation in relation to WHS and employment law. You can provide honest feedback on performance, and leading succession planning processes for team members is indicative of your leadership style. You have a handson approach to leadership by conducting regular frontline shifts. You constantly strive to create memorable experiences for your guests, support a positive work environment, challenge the status quo and inspire your staff to do the same. You have a high level of emotional intelligence demonstrated through your leadership abilities. You have the ability to identify service and skills gaps, and enforcing solutions is standard for you.
