Ayers Real Estate (est. ) specializes in providing sales, leasing, and management services for the commercial and industrial real estate market.We are seeking applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years of Commercial or Residential Property Management experience.ResponsibilitiesManaging a mix of industrial, commercial and retail tenanciesPreparing and reconciling budgets & financial reportsManaging and minimising rent arrearsAuthorising payment of accountsImplement annual and market rent reviewsNegotiating and monitoring option renewals and lease extensionsMaintaining and monitoring routine maintenance, servicing and repairsNegotiating lease assignmentsRequirementsTo be confident, professional and reliableA high level of computer, literacy and math skillsStrong attention to detailCapable of working under pressure in a team or autonomouslyHold a Current WA Property Management License and up-to-date CPD pointsHold a Current WA Driver''s license, own transport between work and homeEligible to work in Australia with valid work rightsSoftware & TrainingOur Property Management software system is Cirrus 8.Cirrus 8 & Cirrus FM experience is preferred but not essential.Training is provided.Support ProvidedIn-house property inspections officer, conducting all property condition reports, routine inspections and final bond inspectionsIn-house trust accounts managerIn-house legal supportSupport from our Sales, Leasing and Admin teamsOur office is located in the Wangara Industrial Estate, with free onsite parking.Our hours are 8am to 4 : 30pm Monday to Friday.You are not required to work or take calls after hours or on weekends.Application QuestionsWhich of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as a commercial property manager?Do you have a current Australian driver''s licence?Do you own or have regular access to a car?How many years'' experience do you have in the real estate industry?Do you have reconciliations experience?How many years of commercial property management experience do you have?Do you hold a current Real Estate Agent''s licence?#J Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr
