At Roshana Care Group, we enrich lives through genuine care and meaningful connection About the Role Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares and maintains staff rosters, including management of planned and unplanned leave. Assists the Facility Manager to ensure the facility is staffed at an appropriate level. This includes assisting with the recruitment of new staff and induction process. Ensures staff training bookings are made and communicated, and that staff training documentation is maintained. Answering telephone enquiries. Maintains files, documentation & archives. Efficient operation of the reception, meeting & greeting clients and visitors, arranging appointments for residents. Manages administrative aspects of resident admissions and discharges, including applications and wait lists, in conjunction with Support Services. Maintains inventory levels, including consumable supplies, sufficient to meet the care needs of residents and within budget levels. Maintain & monitor office equipment, order equipment consumables. Receive, sort and manage mail deliveries and other documents. Skills, Attributes and Experience: Previous experience with rostering and scheduling (Desirable) Excellent oral and communication skills. Organised and presentable. Have a can-do attitude and a team player. Ability to multi-task and have attention to detail. Bright and friendly demeanour with willingness to assist with all resident, client and visitor enquiries.
