The Opportunity As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting system and automation initiatives within Rockcote Operations. Youll identify, analyse, and implement opportunities for process improvement, working collaboratively across warehousing, procurement, planning, logistics, and operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct value stream mapping and gap analysis across multiple business functions Identify inefficiencies and develop practical, sustainable solutions with stakeholders Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) Design and implement standardised operating procedures (SOPs) Partner with IT and other departments to drive process automation and systems enhancement Collect and analyse operational data to identify trends and root causes of inefficiencies Develop and maintain process documentation and improvement initiatives Support change management and facilitate workshops to embed a culture of continuous improvement Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor effectiveness and conduct post-implementation reviews Lead crossfunctional projects, including budgeting and resource planning Prepare and present reports to senior management on improvement outcomes and ROI Experience, skills and abilities Bachelors degree in engineering, or related field 25 years experience in operations, supply chain, or process improvement roles Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Familiarity with ERP systems and process automation tools (highly desirable) Exposure to manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environments (an advantage) Strong analytical, problemsolving, and process mapping skills (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart) Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities Proactive, systemsthinking mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab) Strong project management skills and ability to lead crossfunctional teams The Process Please include a cover letter along with your resume.
