This may involve some travel to and being onsite at the CSSC for the day.Promotes and improves data quality and information management practices.Identifies, analyzes, and assists in resolving complex problems in relation to departmental information management systems.Develops, collates, and analyzes data using different data sources.Produces regional performance reports utilizing diverse data sources including ICMS, Unify and external sources to assist senior management identify regional trends and issues and to guide service delivery planning.Provides advice, support and guidance to regional staff in relation to good practice, systems operations and the management of client management systems to enable recording of service area information and record keeping, compliance with Queensland Government Information Standards and to ensure the highest level of data quality, accessibility and security.Assists with the management of departmental information management systems to improve and maintain data quality and integrity.Identifies and analyzes issues affecting regional data quality and provides detailed advice and recommendations to the Senior Analyst and other relevant stakeholders in relation to strategies to address issues.Consults and liaises with regional staff, team members, other Analysts and stakeholders to establish strong working relationships that promote the transfer of information and the sharing of systems knowledge to improve the relevance, quality and delivery of reporting outputs.Enhances the local regional community by actively practicing and promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improving regional client service.Your Mandatory RequirementsCurrent C Class Driver''s LicenceCompetency in the use of Microsoft productsExcel Power BI, Pivot Tables, formulas, macros (VBA code), data visualisationPowerpoint developing presentations around the analysis of data.How You''ll Be AssessedThe department is seeking to identify the most suitable person for this position.
