The Role: Accurately identify required parts and components for a wide range of vehicle models. Liaise with the service and reconditioning teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery. Source parts from a variety of suppliers, both internal and external. Maintain stock levels, manage orders, and track deliveries to ensure efficient workflow. Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, addressing partsrelated inquiries promptly. Keep detailed records of parts ordered, received, and fitted. Assist with inventory control and stocktaking procedures. What were looking for: Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment. Strong knowledge of vehicle components and parts systems. Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogues. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with parts inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and a problemsolving attitude.
