Your New Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport lifesaving search and rescue missions as a key member of a skilled aircrew. Operate from modified aircraft, using keen observation and teamwork to help locate persons or vessels in distress. Play a vital role in highimpact, humanitarian operations. Spot and identify people, vessels, or objects visually Communicate findings clearly to pilots and crew Operate and monitor missionspecific equipment Maintain detailed records during and after missions Work closely with aircrew in dynamic, highpressure scenarios What Youll Bring to Make An Impact Acceptable level of health and fitness in accordance with the preemployment medical and Civil Aviation Safety Authority medical standards Nationally accredited Provide First Aid Qualification Able to obtain a clear National Police Check Dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application.
