Were looking for an energetic and dependable Retail Store Person to become the behindthescenes hero of our retail team. In this dynamic, fastpaced role, youll support daily retail operations, help customers collect their orders with a smile, and keep things running smoothly in the backofstore warehouse.Key ResponsibilitiesLoading of weekly trucks and containers with precision and careAssisting customers with order collections making it a seamless experienceSupporting the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floorAccurately receipting of goods into our operating systemAssembly of furniture with pride and attention to detailResponsible for contributing to and upholding all OH&S requirementsMaintaining good housekeeping techniques and an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouseCollaborate as part of a team, use your initiative, solve problems and handle a fastpaced environmentSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar role supporting warehousing and distributionGood computer skills (email, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)A passion to help people and a desire to get resultsThe physical capability to handle our productsExcellent communication skillsReliable, committed, proactive and driven with a cando attitudeAs we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes.
