About you You have exceptional customer service skills, including a great facetoface and email manner. You love helping people, building relationships, and providing recommendations, including upselling. You thrive in a fastpaced environment, managing facetoface inquiries and assisting customers with reservations. You understand the importance of accuracy when creating reservations and obtaining client details. About the role We are on the lookout for a Casual Sales Agent to join our team in Port Douglas due to our continued success and ongoing growth. A fulltime opportunity may be offered to the right candidate. You will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays when required.
