About the role: You will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of daytoday administrative functions and reception services to ensure effective and efficient business operations at the facility. Your daily tasks will include: Always ensuring a high standard of customer service including presenting in a professional manner when interacting with residents, resident representatives, members of the public, staff and external agencies. Ensuring timesheet data entry is accurate and completed on time to facilitate payment of employee wages in accordance with the relevant Award requirements. Ensure that all data entry and processing for resident billing, accounts receivable/ payable, petty cash reconciliation, and other administrative functions are completed within required timeframe and in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements. Managing the administrative data entry processes involved in customer enquiries for placement; the admission of permanent residents into CIM (Payroll) and LeeCare (Clinical Management System); transfer of residents; respite admission and discharge of residents from care. Ensure 4week roster is published at all times, forward planning for absences and daily timesheet approvals are completed. Assist the Facility Manger in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities as well as payroll enquiries, liaising with HR and Payroll when required. About You Strong organisational skills & ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Confidence in using Microsoft packages and electronic systems Outlook, MS teams, Excel, and Word. Workforce planning and Rostering experience (HumanForce highly advantageous). Administrative experience in the aged care or health care industry. Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Business/Admin. The successful applicant will be required to have the following: Willingness to obtain valid Police Check. Australian/New Zealand residency or a valid working visa.
