About The Facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelongs CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. About The Role The Clinical Trial Administrative Assistant (CTAA) is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure effective and efficient team and clinical trial operations. The CTAA will maintain regulatory documents and ensure compliance with ICH guidelines for good clinical practice (GCP), national legislation and the principles of the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework. The CTAA will act as a main liaison between clinical trial sponsors, assisting with monitoring processes and deliverables. The key daytoday task will be data entry.
