Our client, South Bunarba Agriculture, a successful familyowned enterprise, is seeking a passionate Dryland Cropping Manager to lead operations in Mungindi, NSW. This is a handson leadership role, where you''ll manage the full dryland cropping program over 13,000Ha and lead a small, capable team. Property Details - Location: Mungindi, NSW - Type of Business: Mixed cropping & grazing - Operation Size: 20,000Ha - Crops: Wheat, Cotton, Barley, Chickpeas, Mungbeans, Sunflowers, and Sorghum - On Farm Storage: 50,000mt Key Responsibilities - Lead all cropping operations from planning to harvest. - Manage and develop farm staff and contractors. - Ensure workplace health and safety compliance. - Oversee machinery, infrastructure, and maintenance. - Maintain records and support farm planning. Skills & Experience - Proven farm management experience. - Thorough knowledge of dryland farming practices. - Experience in onfarm grain storage management. - Strong agronomic skills in dryland systems. - Confident with modern machinery and agtech. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Valid driver''s license and chemical certification.
