Responsibilities - Build and scale EPAM''s Data Analytics and AI consulting practice across Australia - Develop go-to-market strategies for data transformation, AI implementation, and analytics services - Cultivate thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry forums - Mentor and grow high-performing teams of data consultants and analytics professionals - Partner with clients to design and implement data-driven digital transformation strategies - Deliver advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and AI solutions that solve critical business challenges - Establish trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients across Energy, Aviation, and Supply Chain sectors - Drive measurable ROI through data monetisation and operational analytics initiatives - Lead presales activities, including solution design, RFP responses, and client presentations - Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify opportunities in AI/ML, data modernisation, and business intelligence - Manage the delivery of complex data engineering and analytics consulting engagements - Identify and capitalize on additional opportunities to provide value-added services Requirements - Proven track record in architecting and delivering enterprise-scale data transformation programs - Experience aligning data strategy with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives - Knowledge of modern data stack: Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, AWS, GCP - Expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), and MLOps practices - Understanding of DataOps, data governance, data quality, and master data management frameworks - Proficiency with analytics and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) - Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing consulting teams - Experience with agile delivery methodologies and change management approaches - Strong commercial acumen with involvement in sales pursuits and business development - Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Nice to have - Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field - Professional certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Data/AI certifications, Databricks, Snowflake) - Flexibility to travel domestically up to 30% - Having at least 10+ years in technology consulting with significant data analytics leadership experience We offer - By choosing EPAM, you''re getting a job at Great Place To Work-Certified in 2024, Glassdoors Top 100 Best Places to Work in 2023 & one of Most Loved Workplace, as recognized by Newsweek, 2021 - 2023. - Employee ideas are the main driver of our business.
