The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patientcentred, evidenceinformed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Please note that this role is not a New Graduate Position applicants must have completed a New Graduate program or have experience deemed appropriate. Ideal Candidate Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA). Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or have Australian Work Rights. Understanding of evidenceinformed practice and critical thinking. Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to work a 7day rotating roster. Must have acute care experience or experience as deemed appropriate.
