This role is crucial to creating a positive and efficient experience for all takeaway customers, ensuring highquality service and product delivery. Brand new bakery opening January 2026 in Calderwood, NSW. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2+ years experience in a supervisory role within a caf, bakery, or highvolume hospitality environment. Proven highlevel Barista skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a small team effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
