This role is central to supporting staff and customers with precision farming and application technology, delivering training, troubleshooting remotely, and maintaining structured support systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide structured support via the OConnors Support Centre for precision farming and application equipment.Develop and deliver training materials for internal and external sessions.Liaise with global teams to gather and share uptodate technical information.Create reference materials and implement sustainable processes for the Ag Technology department.Perform remote diagnostics and support using telematics tools.Assist internal departments with remote diagnosis and repair of technology systems.Support and maintain the companys RTK network.What Youll BringStrong experience in agriculture, technology, or precision farming.Solid computer literacy and familiarity with common software platforms.Mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude.Selfmotivation and a genuine drive to deliver outstanding customer service.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.What We OfferA company that continues to grow and expand in the Agricultural industry.Enjoy career growth in a thriving business with a strong support network and a collaborative team environment that provides ongoing guidance and feedback to help you succeed.Join a team that lives its values honesty, continuous improvement, commitment, and strong relationships.
