Were looking for an enthusiastic IT Technician to help keep our Colleges technology running smoothly. In this role youll work as part of a team to resolve support requests, assist with laptops and iPads, manage hardware and peripherals, provide basic network support, and ensure all work is logged in our service desk system. Youll also help with infrastructure installation, system documentation, and occasionally step in for the IT Manager.
