The Role Location: Katherine, NT Provide Security Guard duties at the Hospital Ensure efficient staffing, rostering, and workforce planning to maintain operational continuity Monitor and report on contractual service hours and operational performance metrics Full Time Role Potential earnings up to $110 000 per annum (subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification and other factors) Level 5 Wilson Security is expanding in the Northern Territory, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region. This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. This position is crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Managers. Duties & Responsibilities Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors and clients Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification Responding to emergency situations Contractor management duties Adhoc duties Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills Must have full working rights and availability Willing to support and step up as required into other roles Ability to work well in a team or autonomously Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends) Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights Must have a current and valid NT Security licence Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports Demonstrated ability in the use of computers and securityrelated systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft programmes) Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
