Job Description The Graduate Program provides a structured development pathway for high-potential graduates to gain handson experience across banana farm operations, packshed processes, logistics, maintenance, WHS, finance, and leadership. Graduates will rotate through key areas of the business, building technical, commercial, and leadership skills to prepare for future operational and management roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Monitor crop growth, plant health, and field conditions, supporting irrigation, fertiliser, pest, disease, and harvest activities. Assist with harvesting operations and the use of machinery to optimise yield and quality. Support packshed operations including washing, grading, packing, labelling, and quality control to meet customer specifications. Manage postharvest handling, storage, coldchain integrity, traceability, and compliance requirements. Collect, record, and analyse operational and performance data to support continuous improvement and business KPIs. Coordinate product movement from field to packshed and dispatch, supporting logistics planning and operational flow. Assist with maintenance of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure across field and packshed operations. Follow and promote Work Health & Safety requirements, participating in hazard identification, training, and compliance activities. Support cost monitoring, budgeting, and productivity initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with field, packshed, logistics, and management teams, contributing to leadership, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or related field, (preferred not required) Skills and Experince: Basic computer skills, email, word, excel. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to work across teams and adapt to different operational environments. Interest in pursuing a longterm career in agricultural operations and farm management. Willingness to relocate or travel across farm sites as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
