Join Riverinas Oakey team as an Export Packer and play a vital role in supporting our highvolume grain export operations.As an Export Packer, youll be responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient packing and dispatch of grain and other bulk commodities for export. This physically role involves container handling, forklift operation, and maintaining site flow in a busy and dynamic environment. Working closely with the Site Manager and operations team. ensuring high standards in quality, safety, and productivity every step of the way.Your key responsibilities:Operate forklifts and a container forklift to safely lift and load 20ft and 40ft containersPack export containers with bulk grain products to specification and shipping instructionsPerform container inspections and quality control checks prior to dispatchMonitor and document container weights and load distribution for complianceCollaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely dispatchConduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issuesSupport stock control, inventory checks, and general site operationsAdhere to all site safety procedures and reporting requirementsDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat We''re Looking For:Current and valid Reach Stacker (RS) and Forklift Licence (LF)Proven experience operating heavy forklifts (7+ tonne), including container loading on unsealed surfacesExperience in highvolume export, dispatch, or bulk commodity environments (grain experience highly regarded)Sound knowledge of load restraint and safe container loading practicesPhysically fit with the ability to perform manual handlingHigh attention to detail and strong safety mindsetSelfmotivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervisionWillingness to work outdoorsClear communication and a strong team attitudeWhy Join Riverina?Work with a wellestablished and respected agricultural company.Competitive remuneration and employee benefits.If this sounds like your next move, apply today!Applications may close earlier than the listed closing date.
