Support at Home - Rostering / Administration - Full-Time May Shaw Health Centre Swansea / Scottsdale (flexible work options available for the right candidate) About May Shaw May Shaw Health Centre adopts a community minded approach to its Aged Care services in Swansea, St Helens and Scottsdale complimented by our Aged Care facilities in Swansea and Scottsdale providing a continuum of care of services to our local communities. Home Care services include Support at Home, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Fee for Service, and Independent Living Units across the communities of Glamorgan Spring Bay, Dorset, and Break O Day. Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to organise and manage schedules in a fast-paced environment, ensuring staff rosters align with client needs, meeting compliance and operational efficiency requirements. Essential Duties Rostering workers to meet organisation and care recipient requirements and maintaining the roster in an accurate and timely manner. Provide reception/customer service in accordance with established procedures and processes on a day-to-day basis, including relief. Undertake a range of office procedures as required. Selection Criteria Successful completion of senior secondary education Proven rostering skill and experience Proven administration skills and experience in office procedures. Relevant industry experience desirable Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with an ability to interact and communicate with team members and clients in a respectful manner. Computer literacy and accurate word processing and data entry skills. Intermediate skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite. Well-developed organisational and time management skills and the ability to proactively identify and meet expectations in a timely manner. Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work unsupervised and also in part of a small multi-skilled team multi-disciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes and support relationships with families. Demonstrated ability to undertake research, assess findings, draw conclusions and report.
