Key dates & duration Following enabling and early works, major construction works have commenced. The main construction phase is expected to last around two to three years, with completion scheduled for late 2027 (subject to conditions). Project scope Rail duplication: delivery of a new dualtrack rail line between Beerburrum and Nambour. Infrastructure upgrades: new stations, upgrades of existing ones. Community benefits: improved public transport connectivity for growing regions. Role overview We have multiple opportunities for Site Engineers to join our rail infrastructure team. Ideally, you will have experience in combined services routes (CSR), utilities or intelligent transport systems (ITS). In this role, you will supervise and coordinate multi-disciplinary works along a CSR corridor, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise onsite works and coordinate with subcontractors and other disciplines for smooth delivery. Ensure compliance with network safeworking standards, network specifications and project requirements. Monitor quality of work, conduct inspections and maintain technical documentation. Oversee daily field operations, including team supervision, productivity tracking, cost control and estimating. Support and ensure safety, quality and environmental standards on site. Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance against method statements and ITPs. Required Competencies & Experience Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). Proven construction experience; CSR, utilities or ITS experience highly regarded. Knowledge of safety legislation, Australian Standards and industry codes. Strong planning, monitoring and reporting capabilities. Commitment to quality, safety and environmental practices. All applicants must hold a current drivers licence and have their own transport.
