Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Body Builder to join our team in Narangba, Queensland. The ideal candidate will be trade qualified with experience in manufacturing and production, specifically in building vehicle bodies. The Vehicle Body Builder will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and customizing vehicle bodies according to specifications. Skills Trade qualification in vehicle body building or a related field (will consider associated industry trades including fabricators, boat builders, boilermakers, caravan builders, etc) Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience working with various materials such as steel, aluminum, fiberglass, etc. Attention to detail and precision in workmanship Responsibilities Construct vehicle bodies according to blueprints and specifications Repair damaged or faulty vehicle bodies Customize vehicle bodies based on client requests Install components such as doors, windows, hoods, etc. Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process Qualifications Trade qualification in vehicle body building or a related field Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures Ability to work independently or as part of a team Why Us With over 1,200 employees, our company reputation is built on providing firstclass work, manufacturing quality products, and unsurpassed service.
