As part of our Technical Services Team in Wangaratta, youll be the driving force behind reliable, safe, and engaging experiences for communities nationwide. As a Field Technician, youll report to the Technical Services Manager and play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services. Service, maintain and install gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions Prioritise and manage schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes Keep accurate records to ensure compliance with industry standards Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery Qualifications & Experience What you''ll need to succeed Were looking for someone eager to learn, motivated to grow, and ready to make a difference.
