Employees can enjoy complimentary access to secure parking, ensuring the safety of their vehicles while at work.**Your Role as Registered Nurse**Youll deliver person-centred high quality nursing care by:* Providing direct care to residents* Carrying out comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents* Monitoring and supervising personal care given by other staff* Providing direct supervision for endorsed enrolled nurses who administer medications in rostered facility or as required in other nearby designated facilities* Medication management* Developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing care plans to meet the health care needs of residents and to promote quality of life* Ensuring all rights and confidentiality of residents is maintained in all matters* Providing input to the orientation and training of staff**What Were Looking For*** Current AHPRA registration* Broad experience in general nursing with knowledge of aged care preferable* Demonstrated skills in clinical nursing practice with an understanding of contemporary nursing theories* Ability to liaise with the care team and to provide coordinated care* Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team* Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles**Essential Requirements*** Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.* Current Drivers Licence and willingness to travel for work()(blob:/ 1:23 #J-18808-Ljbffr
