About The Role Ventia are seeking Expressions of Interest for Trades based staff in the Malmsbury region for a Permanent Full-Time opportunity starting in early 2026. We are seeking the following for proactive and reactive maintenance works in a new large complex facility. Trade Assistant Refrigeration / HVAC Technician Plumber Responsibilities Participate in a multiskilled team for delivery of highquality facility management and maintenance services at a unique facility. Identify and rectify equipment and building infrastructure faults in a timecritical environment. Perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, wiring, fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment. Plumbers to install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures and respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies; trades assistant to assist. Manage the incident reporting register for all works completed within required timeframes. About You You will have experience as a Trade Assistant / HVAC or Plumber working in a timecritical environment with a focus on reactive maintenance.
