For almost 20 years they have been supplying the construction industry with innovative proprietary wall and framing systems. They are looking to expand their existing team and require switched on energetic End-of-Line Operators and Mixer Operators to join their Minto operations.We''re currently hiring for End-of-Line Operators and Mixer Operators to join a dynamic manufacturing team! If you have experience in production, warehousing, or machine operation - and a forklift license is a bonus - this could be the perfect role for you.This role involves a combination of machine operation, manual handling, heavy lifting, and general warehouse duties. Potential for forklift operationShifts Available:AM: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMPM: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMNight: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Candidates must be comfortable with physically demanding and repetitive tasks during night shifts)Work Breakdown (Day Shift Example):Manual Labour / General Warehouse Duties: ~85%Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and handling repetitive tasks during night shifts.The Role:You will be required to assist with the general warehouse duties for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing site. Other tasks may include:Lifting and transporting metal sheets from the production lineGeneral Labouring as requiredSetting up and operating of machinesEnsuring machines have the adequate materials available for the shift and any defect stock is reportedQuality checks on finished productFeed raw materials to semi-automated machinesFixing issues that might occur during the shift and maintaining activity logsFollow production processes and filling in batch sheetGeneral labouring experience idealPhysically fitTrustworthy and reliableSwitched on attitude and a quick learnerAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentForklift license is a bonus with previous experience in a similar roleIf this sounds like you, then please click the APPLY button and submit your resume for consideration.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionAt Drake, we are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity.
