About The Role We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic Corporate Sales team. This deskbased entry sales role is critical in supporting our Business Development Managers by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving new business opportunities across the Corporate Law market. Youll introduce marketleading solutionsincluding the gamechanging Lexis+AI with Protg and Create+ to help Corporate inhouse teams do more with less. This is a permanent fulltime role based either in Sydney (preferred), Melbourne (preferred) or Brisbane with combined home and officebased arrangements to have flexible worklife balance. Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales and KPI targets Initiate contact with potential customers via phone and email. Manage inbound leads and perform cold calling. Conduct discovery meetings virtually or in person. Maintain CRM data integrity and provide customer insights. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Proven track record in achieving sales quotas. Understanding of Australian legislation preferred. Education: High school diploma required; bachelors degree in marketing or sales preferred.
