Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.The work model for the role is: hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Schedule and coordinate service jobs, technicians, and workshop capacity to meet delivery targets.Manage customer communication, including bookings, updates, quotations, approvals, and followups.Maintain accurate service documentation, system records, WHS requirements, and cost capture.Coordinate parts supply and service delivery to minimise downtime and ensure quality handover.Qualifications for the roleExperience in service coordination, scheduling, or workshop administration with regular interaction across technicians, customers, and suppliers.Strong communication skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windowsbased computer systems.Experience working in a repair shop, service centre, or technical service environment.Exposure to ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) and familiarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.Industry experience within machinery, electrical, or industrial equipment environments.More about usABB''s Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
