With capabilities in:Dewatering system maintenanceSite-based mechanical servicesFabrication & pressure weldingWe recently expanded into a new, state-of-the-art facility in Pinjarra and continue to invest in automation and innovation.We are now seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead financial operations across the ABBA Group, ensuring robust reporting, compliance, and insightful financial guidance to drive business performance and growth.The OpportunityAs Group Finance Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO and General Manager to:Manage daytoday finance operations across multiple entities under the GroupDeliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysisEnsure compliance with statutory, taxation, and regulatory obligationsOptimise financial systems and processes (Xero, Simpro, Employment Hero, Power BI)Mentor and develop the finance team to strengthen capability and performanceThis role is ideal for a commercially minded, handson finance professional who thrives on process improvement, systems integration, and strategic collaboration with operational leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daytoday accounting operations, monthend yearend closings, and reconciliations across all entities.Ensure compliance with taxation, superannuation, BAS, PAYG, and statutory obligations.Prepare consolidated financial reports, dashboards, and management packs.Analyse cash flow, margins, job costing, and performance metrics to support business decisions.Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and cost centre planning; monitor variances and implement controls.Optimise financial systems and workflows (Xero, Simpro, Employment Hero, Power BI) to improve efficiency.Lead process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across finance functions.Manage financial risk, insurance compliance, and due diligence for investments or acquisitions.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build capability and ensure timely, accurate outputs.Partner with CEO/GM on strategic initiatives, providing insights, scenario modelling and decision support.About YouYou are a proactive, handson finance professional with strong commercial acumen and a focus on operational excellence.
